Neighbors Belgium and Germany influence the Dutch province of Limburg on a daily basis and make it the most BURGUNDY-ISH part of Holland. This food fair for professionals is held in this GERMAN BELGIUM DUTCH TRIANGEL and is still going strong after 60 years.
The BBB is a theme park for pro’s, where you can snif and taste new products, learn new ways of attracting customers, and meet the producers of quality foods. I was only in for a few hours, way to short. Food-fights are held … sorry .. cooking contests and demonstrations, there is a Wine-Theater a square for special beers and a 2 star pop-up restaurant.
Alongside this BBB-fair there is the “FOLIE CULINAIRE” a Body-garded square for the upper ten of food industrie, … is there such a thing??? However, also nice and with a lot of dedicated people to their specific businesses.
